    Analytics & Web Experience
    I use GA4, Meta Business Suite/Ads reporting, and Revinate Marketing to connect social, web, and email performance back to real business outcomes like bookings, revenue, and guest engagement. I also work inside popular website CMS platforms, ensuring UX, content, and tracking are aligned.

    Social Media & Listening
    I manage and measure activity across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snapchat, and LinkedIn using tools like Sprout Social, Brandwatch, and Hootsuite for scheduling, listening, and reporting. This lets us understand what guests are responding to and where there’s room to grow.

    Creative & Collaboration
    For content and production, I work in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and the full Google and Microsoft Office suites, supported by project management tools like Wrike to keep multi-stakeholder hospitality projects organized and on time.

    AI-Enabled Workflow
    I integrate AI tools—including Waldo, Perplexity, Brandwell, Claude, Surfer, and Notion—into my process for faster ideation, smarter insights, and more efficient content workflows. You still get human-led strategy and storytelling; AI just helps us test more, learn faster, and free up time to focus on what matters.
